Professional Crew

Every year these guys show up and run around at the finish line looking busy.  In ten years none of them have been arrested though this year it came close when the ranger got a call from his supervisor - some one complained about all the illegal camping.  Those dam runners!  If it weren't for the crew's quick talking and a free T-shirt there could have been real trouble.
